Writing A Self-Compassion Journal

  1. Choose a comfortable and safe spot where no one will disturb you
  2. Take a few deep breaths and try to clear your head

  4. Be calm and non-judgmental, and turn negative thoughts into positive and supporting ones
  5. Accept your feelings and emotions and don’t be afraid to write about them
