How To Set Up A Mood Tracker
Tracking your mood daily is so important for your emotional wellbeing as you take time to check in with yourself and your feelings.
Using a mood tracker can help with:
- Finding out what triggers your mood swings
- Your personal growth
- Identifying mental health issues
- Seeing the bigger picture of how you feel overall
- Practicing more self-care (check out these self-care activities)
- Your physical health
I like stuff that is simple, clear and helps me QUICKLY. And this is why I’ve kept these bullet journal page ideas minimalistic and easy to fill out.
To track your mood daily, you simply select a color for each emotion, then take 5 minutes out of your evening routine to think about how you’ve felt that day.
You can also select multiple colors as sometimes our mood can be totally different in the afternoon compared to the morning.
Monitor Your Mood
Finding the trigger (or triggers) of what makes you moody is exactly what a mood tracker as part of your bullet journaling routine can do for you!
It’s so liberating because once you know, you can make changes to your life. You might need to:
- Make more time to yourself
- Set boundaries with friends and family
- Eat healthier
- Get into nature more
- Work on your personal growth and your life goals
Every little change you make to your everyday life will improve your mental health.
